As the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Toronto International Celebration Church (TICC), Pastor Jermaine curates powerful worship experiences and develops leaders, musicians, and vocalists to operate in excellence and anointing. His ministry extends beyond the church walls, as he actively mentors and consults worship teams across North America through WORSHIPOWER Ministries, a registered non-profit organization based in Ontario, Canada.

As the founder and director of the Greater Toronto Gospel Choir (GTGC), Pastor Jermaine leads a vibrant, spirit-filled choir that ministers at community worship nights, special events, and recordings. GTGC serves as a platform for passionate singers and musicians to experience the power of gospel music and impact lives through song.
